Stilly Senior Center hosts barbecue Aug. 24

ARLINGTON — The Stillaguamish Senior Center is hosting a barbecue at Kayak Point Park on Friday, Aug. 24, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Participants will have waterfront views along with barbecue food. Activities are set to include kite-flying, croquet and table games.

The Stillaguamish Senior Center is providing free busing to and from the park, and donations will be accepted for gas costs.

The first bus is scheduled to leave at 9 a.m., and buses will continue to leave every half hour until 11 a.m. Return busing is set for 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.

The Stillaguamish Senior Center is located at 18308 Smokey Point Blvd. in Arlington. For more information, contact the Center at 360-653-4551.
