MARYSVILLE — Comeford Park was bustling with an estimated 3,000 attendees for the 25th anniversary of “Merrysville for the Holidays” on Dec. 7, which extended well into the evening with the Electric Lights Parade at 6:30 p.m., followed by the traditional water tower lighting and the new fireworks show at 7 p.m. this year.

TULALIP — The fifth annual “Taste of Tulalip” at the Tulalip Resort Hotel and Casino on Friday, Nov. 8, and Saturday, Nov. 9, kicked off with expressions of passion for food, wine and community, as the six-course Celebration Dinner of food and wine pairings on the evening of Nov. 8 whet the appetites of more than 400 seated guests for the Grand Taste to follow on Nov. 9, which drew the event’s remaining 2,000-plus attendees.
MARYSVILLE — The Red Curtain Art Center, located at the former Dunn Lumber building at 1410 Grove St. in Marysville, sported its refurbished look as it hosted a dozen vendors for the Marysville Arts Coalition’s “Autumn Artistry” art show on Friday, Nov. 8, and Saturday, Nov. 9.
