Day of Prayer

About 65 people attended The National Day of Prayer at Comeford Park Thursday. Speakers included: Mary Salamon, The House of Prayer; Duane Davidson, the state’s treasurer; Mayor Jon Nehring; Terri Gobin, Tulalip Tribes; County Councilman Nate Nehring; Steve Powell, Marysville Globe editor; police chief Rick Smith; Pastor Rick Thiessen of Allen Creek Church; Greg Kanehen of Crisis Support Services; Steve Reid, business owner Whistlestop Candy Shop and Tim Taylor, 1Church1Day.
