MARYSVILLE — The Marysville Parks and Recreation Department has a variety of upcoming classes scheduled.

Collage

Learn to compose and create Japanese paper collage with artist Jill Sahlstrom.  This four-week class will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. on Mondays, April 11 - May 9 at the Jennings Park Barn, 6915 Armar Road. The cost is $59. Pre-registration is required.

Hypnotherapy – Lose the Fear of Public Speaking

Lose the fear of public speaking through hypnotherapy.  This class taught by Hypnotherapist Kathie Brodie will be held from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12 at the Ken Baxter Community Center, 514 Delta Ave.  The class cost is $30. Pre-registration is required.

Drawing

Local artist Vicki Carver will help you discover and develop your drawing talent.  This four-week class will be held from 4:30-6 p.m. for youth ages 7-13 and from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesdays, April 12 – May 3 at the Ken Baxter Community Center, 514 Delta Ave. The class cost is $59. Pre-registration is required.
