MARYSVILLE — The community is invited to a forum on hunger and homelessness in Marysville on Tuesday, March 27, at the Word of Life Church.

"No one should have to live like this," said Jim Strickland, chair of the Marysville Community Lunch program, which helps feed the city's homeless.

This meeting welcomes those who consider themselves friends of the hungry and homeless in town, and it starts at 6:30 p.m., immediately following the Master's Feast dinner.

"Our purpose is to connect with others in our community who are working with the hungry and homeless, so we can better coordinate our efforts and plan for the future," Strickland said. "Please share this with any other groups or individuals who are involved in this important work."

The Word of Life Church is located at 9028 51st Ave. NE in Marysville.

For more information, contact Strickland by phone at 425-870-1631 or via email at livedemocracy@hotmail.com.
