ARLINGTON — The 10th Street Middle School PTSA and Boosters are "jazzing up" their support for their school, with the help of the Gleneagle Golf Course.

The Arlington golf course will be hosting the Marysville school's "Rhapsody in Jazz" fundraiser on March 12, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. and dinner starting at 6:30 p.m.

Ticket prices are $40 apiece or $76 for a couple. Those who prepay for an entire table will pay $350, equal to a per-person price of $35.

For the price of a ticket, each attendee will gain access to the auction, a full buffet dinner, a registered Bid Number, an art show featuring works by the school's students and entertainment by the school's Jazz Band. A no-host bar will also be available.

Fedoras and feather boas are welcome but not required to attend the 1920s-themed evening, which will celebrate the talents of the 10th Street Middle School students, as well as show off the success of the school's unique curriculum and encourage contributions so that it can continue to feature the arts in its education.

The Gleneagle Golf Club is located at 7619 E. Country Club Dr. in Arlington. Please e-mail Christine Rogers at konamom123@yahoo.com for more information.
