TULALIP — The Tulalip Amphitheatre will serve as the site for a holiday food drive Nov. 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The goal of the event is to fill up two truckloads of food for the Marysville and Tulalip food banks in time for Thanksgiving and the other winter holidays.

Holiday food items needed include cranberry sauce, Jell-O, nuts, stuffing, gravy mix, baking mix and flour.

Other food items needed include beans, rice, oats, soy milk, soup, vegetables, fruit, tuna, tomato sauce and paste, peanut butter, pasta, cereal, macaroni and cheese, and juice.

Non-food items needed include diapers, formula, soap, toothpaste and brushes, toilet papers and facial tissues.

Local drop boxes for the food drive can be found at the Tulalip administration building and health clinic, Quil Ceda Village, and the Tulalip Resort, Casino and bingo hall.
