MARYSVILLE — Jones & Co. Pets’ anniversary sale will feature appearances by the Scrub-a-Mutt organization, the Northwest Organization for Animal Help and the Marysville Dog Owners Group Oct. 2-3.

Scrub-a-Mutt will be collecting pet food for the Marysville Community Food Bank from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days. Everyone who donates cat or dog food will receive a free raffle ticket for the gift basket that will be on display. Cash donations will also be accepted to purchase a variety of cat and dog foods for the food bank.

Scrub-a-Mutt will also be selling T-shirts, tote bags and drinking bottles, while M-DOG will be providing information about the “Strawberry Fields for Rover” off-leash dog park and recruiting volunteers to help maintain it. NOAH will offer kittens and dogs for adoption and updates on their low-cost spaying and neutering program, as well as answer questions about how one can volunteer to provide foster care for pets.

Jones & Co. Pets is located at 1340 State Ave. in Marysville. For more information, call Jennifer Ward at 360-659-9626.
