EVERETT — WorkSource Snohomish County invites the community to attend a medical job fair on Jan. 31 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at WorkSource Everett, located in the Weyerhauser Room on the fourth floor at 3201 Smith Ave. in Everett.

"The healthcare industry is a high-demand, high-wage industry, both locally and nationwide," said Amy Persell, director of service delivery at Workforce Development Council Snohomish County, the agency that oversees WorkSource Snohomish County. "For many people, healthcare is a fantastic career option, with many ways to advance, that provides workers the added benefit of helping others."

The fair will feature employers offering jobs with retirement homes, private practices, in-home health service providers and hospitals. Attendees should dress professionally, come ready to interview and bring several copies of their resumes. A computer lab will also be available during the fair to complete online job applications.

This event is free and open to the public. Register at http://healthcarejobfair.eventbrite.com.
