Marysville child care provider receives national accreditation

MARYSVILLE — Eugenia Hebert, owner of Blessed Child Daycare in Marysville has recently been awarded a National Accreditation from the National Association of Family Child Care. Hebert was excited about the challenge of meeting the qualifications for an accreditation saying it is an honor to be acknowledged for her hard work and ranked as having the highest quality of care available.

Hebert has been providing care in her home for six years and was able to obtain the accreditation through assistance from the Child Development Navy Program. She serves children six weeks through 11 years of age, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. The program includes activities for arts and crafts, math, science, reading and writing.
